Cadence

By installing or using Cadence ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace and is also subject to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app within your Atlassian site for the duration of a valid subscription (or the free tier). You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
Cadence helps you track SaaS subscriptions, forecast renewals, detect overlapping tools, and draft renewal briefs. AI-generated content (redundancy analysis and negotiation briefs) is provided as guidance only. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them; we do not guarantee any specific saving, negotiation outcome, or that every renewal will be detected.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription data you enter or import and for the configuration of optional alerts (webhooks, Jira project). Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any missed renewal, spend, or business decision arising from use of the app. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms or the app. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
