Getting started

Install Cadence from the Atlassian Marketplace, then open it from your Jira left sidebar under Apps → Cadence. You'll see sample data until you add your own.

Adding your subscriptions

• Add subscription — enter an app, its seats owned/used, cost per seat, and renewal date.
• Import CSV — upload your whole stack at once. Columns: name, vendor, category, seatsOwned, seatsUsed, costPerSeat, renewalDate.
• Edit / Delete — hover any row in the Subscriptions table.

AI features

• Redundant tools — computed automatically from your inventory.
• Draft brief — click it on any renewal to generate a tailored negotiation brief.

Renewal alerts

In Settings, set an alert lead time and optionally a Slack or Discord webhook URL and/or a Jira project key. Cadence checks daily and alerts you before each renewal. Use Send test alert now to try it immediately.
